David Phillips Chief Executive Officer David Phillips is one of The ReWall Company, LLC's founders. As CEO, Phillips oversees business activities while working with recycling partners, government leaders and construction experts to advance the sustainable building industry. Phillips has diverse experience as counsel to startup businesses, including real estate development, hospital development and manufacturing. He is a graduate of Phillips Exeter Academy, Tufts University and Tulane Law School. An active member of his community, Phillips' service to nonprofit organizations includes positions on the board of directors for Iowa Independent School Tuition Organization, Bergman Academy, Iowa Youth Philharmonic and Iowa Volunteer Lawyers Project. Recently he redeveloped Des Moines' former science center into a home for Bergman Academy, an award-winning school emphasizing academics, arts and global philanthropy in a small class setting.
		Jan Rayman Vice President Business Development Jan Rayman, one of ReWall's founders, serves as an outside consultant and leads strategic business development and operations initiatives. A native of the Czech Republic, Rayman also directs research and development activities in collaboration with the European inventors of ReWall technology. He earned a Master's Degree in Economics from Pardubice University in the Czech Republic. During his assignment with a U.S. construction and remediation company, Rayman gained valuable firsthand experience regarding the lack of eco-friendly, durable building materials in the US market. Rayman's vision combines the European recycling experience with ReWall technology to provide a product like no other in the marketplace. Rayman also formed and ran his own staffing company prior to the formation of The ReWall Company, LLC in 2008.
		Milt Milloy Interim Chief Financial Officer Milt Milloy manages ReWall's fiscal responsibilities, including long-term budgetary planning, cost management and financial modeling. As Interim CFO, he oversees financial recording and reporting. Milloy brings more than 20 years of experience working with startup companies throughout the Midwest. He holds two bachelor's degrees from Iowa State University, an MBA from Drake University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
		Jen Porter Strategic Communications Consultant Jen Porter offers more than 15 years of strategic marketing and communications experience. She leads growth initiatives, including assessing new markets, developing sales strategies, managing industry relationships and implementing targeted communications programs. Porter earned a bachelor's degree in Public Relations from the University of Florida. An active member of the community, Porter volunteers for school and church youth programs. She is a long-time member of the Junior League and recently spent several years serving on the board of directors for Children and Families of Iowa's Foundation.
		Craig TenHulzen Operations Manager Craig TenHulzen provides more than 25 years of experience in manufacturing, production and warehousing environments. He is responsible for all manufacturing, purchasing and distribution operations, including meeting daily production goals. TenHulzen also manages engineering and maintenance projects, develops plant safety protocols and oversees quality control initiatives. He has extensive technical and leadership experience in high volume, production departments with complex equipment systems. Throughout his career TenHulzen has utilized Lean Manufacturing and 5S continuous process improvement techniques to foster employee involvement and reduce production expenses.
		Toby Davis Regional Sales Manager Toby Davis brings 15 years of sales and marketing experience in the housing industry. His past housing experience includes modular construction, mortgage financing and flooring sales. He is responsible for building effective relationships with key decision makers and maximizing profitable sales growth. Davis earned his bachelor’s degree from The University of Iowa. A Des Moines native, he is an active member of the community and volunteers with the Southwestern Hills Neighborhood Association.
		Ben Hershey Sales and Product Consultant Ben Hershey joined the ReWall team after gaining more than 20 years of experience in supplier distribution and component manufacturing in the structural building components industry. He is responsible for building effective relationships with key decision makers and business partners, maximizing profitable sales growth, overseeing sales distribution and supervising product testing. Hershey has knowledge of all aspects of sales and management, including leadership, product research and development. He has been active in numerous industry associations. Hershey served as President of the Structural Building Components Association (SBCA) from 2008 - 2010 and volunteered on several SBCA committees to establish industry best practices. He also was the founding President of Arizona Industries of the Future and spent several years serving as a member of the Arizona Governor's Forest Oversight Committee.
